Evaluation of students and lecturers

At the end of a trimester lecturers evaluate the work of students:

  1. activity in class
  2. motivation to work and learn
  3. number of exercises done
  4. results achieved on tests
  5. simulation exam result

Based on these, students are given a final grade on how prepared these are for the exam. If this grade is lower than 3  (E) then ESB Colleagium does not allow the student to take the exam.

At the end of first trimester, but before the exams start, these evaluations are sent to the parents. If the parents wish so, these evaluations are sent to them on a regular basis.

When all the classes are over, students evaluate the work of their lecturers (see the Form on page 46). These evaluations are analysed and discussed with the lecturers, all in an effort to improve the lecturers.

All ESB lecturers are accredited by ICM.

When exam results are received they are analysed and compared to the evaluations. the objective is to improve work of both, the students and the lecturers.

Additional information can be found in the Excerpt from ESB Rules.
