Dr. Slavka Draskovic MSc, PhD, Certified Coach
With 25 years of international business and teaching experience in US, Europe and Serbia, and leading researcher in leadership development and coaching, Dr Draskovic has guided numerous students, but also executives and business leaders in their academic and carrier development. Dr. Draskovic is the Leading Expert in Choose Success program in Serbia and expert in leadership in Organization subject. She is also accredited tutor and mentor of the Heriot Watt University, and visiting professor at DOBA Maribor University. Dr Draskovic has led a number of modules in Leadership in organization, leadership development, business success and coaching. Dr Draskovic has herself more than 20 years of executive experience in leading US and Serbian companies which brings added value and applied knowledge to her classes. Subject Specialty: Leadership in Organization, System Safety and Disasters, Business and Executive Coaching.
Dr Miroslav Pušonja has extensive top management and engineering experience in industry. He worked on policy formation and supervising management with full involvement in accountability to the company and stakeholders. He was a team leader in projects of technology transfer, joint-venture agreements and international positioning of the companies.

Ms Jeremic has extensive professional experience working with management staff and executives within leading domestic and international companies in Serbia, having the role of Consultant, Trainer and/or Coach. Some of the projects included Consulting in the areas of HR Processes and Activities, Professional Training Curriculum Development and Implementation, Top Executives Coaching, Designing and Implementation of Assessment and Development Centers, Organizational restructuring and re-engineering, Talent Management Programs Development, etc. for many different clients (Telenor, PepsiCo/Marbo Product, NIS-GazPromNeft, MPC, Coca Cola HBC, EATON Corporation, Droga Kolinska/Atlantic Group, HYPO Alpe Adria Bank, CreditAgricole Bank and Assurance, KPMG, Tarkett, Heineken, UniCredit Bank, Government of the Republic Serbia – HR, Ministry of Environmental and Spatial Planning of the Republic Serbia, etc.). As of year 2001, Ms Jeremic joined English School of Business, working as the lecturer on different courses (Leadership Studies, Corporate Policy, etc.) but also was involved working as Program Director International Cambridge IT Diploma. She is also accredited tutor and mentor of the Heriot Watt University. Ms Jeremic is a member of 2 professional organisations: Serbian Constructivist Association and Serbian Group Analytic Society – the Section for Psychodynamic Studies of Institutions, Organizations and Society. Milenko D. Djuric, M. A.
International Public Relations Association – IPRA. He acquired broad international experience during his study visits and was a guest lecturer at the University of Maryland and at the San Diego State University, U.S.A. (1995) and Escuela Nacional de Relaciones Publicas, Santiago de Chile (1998). Mr. Djuric has served as a consultant in public relations to many Serbian and international clients. She has been working as facilitator, coach/mentor and trainer in Serbia, region and all over EU. She works for donor and business sector and runs her own company since 2005. She is accredited coach/mentor by European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), first one awarded by European Individual Award (EIA) in this part of Europe. She has been accreditation manager for the whole Europe in EMCC from July 2010 to December 2011. Part of her role was training of assessors from all over Europe. Her book „Coaching“ was sold in 1000 copies and was the first book about the topic in Serbian language. In 2011, she was co-author of manual „Facilitation-an Introduction“ was published in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has been teaching at IGCSE, As and A level at internationals school with Cambridge Program and at graduate and advanced level in English School of Business, in Belgrade.
Goran is currently working on his PhD thesis “The Rationality of Cognition”, focused on the rationality debate in cognitive science, at the Department of Psychology, University of Belgrade. Ms Stankovic is Ma Sc licensed psychologist with 10 years of experience in the teaching and academic field, specializing in the field of Rational-emotive and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She graduated and obtained her master degree at Department of Psychology, University of Belgrade where she also worked as a teaching assistant throughout her studies and is currently doing her doctoral thesis. She pursues scientific research and, among others publications, has a paper published in the Journal of Rational-emotive and cognitive behavior therapy. For the last 3 years she works as a teaching associate at the Medical college “Milutin Milankovic” in Belgrade. Since summer 2011 she is an accredited tutor of the Heriot Watt University. Always curious and eager to widen her perspectives, her professional experience exceeds academic and psychotherapy field. Since student days she has been and still is engaged in preparation of project proposals and realization of projects mostly related to youth, especially talented students and young professionals in Serbia (e.g. 1000 young Serbian leaders program; CIDA Balkans Youth and Health Project, Partnership for Education and Community Development Program). Also, she has acquired experience in the business sector, specifically qualitative market research sector, with several years of preparation of focus groups’ guides, moderating focus and Censydiumgroups, conducting interviews and preparation of qualitative reports, as a part time qualitative research assistant for Synovate in Serbia and FYR Macedonia. Marija Čanković Marija holds a Post-MSc in counselling psychology from City University in London. Here research interests are mainly in the field of counselling and psychotherapy particularly in the field of humour and psychotherapy and the therapeutic relationship. Marija is a chartered counselling psychologist by the British Psychological Society. Her main orientation in therapy is cognitive-behavioural but she works from an integrative perspective. Her clinical experience consists of over 450 therapy hours in working with children, adolescents and adults in the NHS, charitable trusts and private settings, providing both long and short-term therapy. Currently she works as a consultant for a HR consultancy, mainly administering and interpreting personality tests and behaviour assessments. She holds workshops on team integration and is co-facilitator for Wilson Learning Communication programs. Marija has co-authored an article published in the Counselling Psychology Review titled “Taking your participants home: Self-care within the research process”.
In English School of Business employed from 2002, as the lecturer on the following subjects: Economics, Marketing and International Business Environment. She is also accredited tutor of the Heriot Watt University for Economics and Marketing. Worked in several international schools, teaching both IB (SL and HL) and CIE programs in Economics and Business (IGCSE, AS and A level). Attended trainings abroad and finished several on-line workshops for improving her teaching skills. Ms Maša Valkanou
Ms Valkanou graduated from the Department of Psychology, University of Belgrade and has MSc in Psychology and Counselling, University of Sheffield. She has education in Transactional Analysis and training for the Rorschach method (Exner system). She is currently enrolling a Family Therapy Training Program. She has a rich experience in workshops, as she participated in many projects of the Centre for Youth Creativity, NGO “Open Communication”, Omen theatre and Research centre “Petnica” for more than 10 years. Ms Valkanou has been doing research, published and been awarded for her work „Profile of an addict or beyond the addiction mask”. She has also published her work “Mechanisms of defence according to biological sex, gender and sexual orientation” and “Coming out process and mental health of homosexuals” which is included in manual for working with LGBT population.
Mr. Jelisavcic has six years of work experience, starting his career in a big four audit company, and later transitioning into the investment industry. Mr. Jelisavcic has been working in real estate investment analysis for the past 4 years, working on financial modeling and valuations, deal structuring, financing, asset management, and other related duties.
MSc degree in Aircraft Structures Analysis. Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, with the highest grades – specialization Aeronautics. Mr Grbovic has been working at the Department for Aircraft Structures, University of Belgrade since 1995. In English School of Business employed from 2003, as the part time lecturer on the following subjects: Quantitative Methods, Numeracy and Statistics, Marketing Information Systems and IT for Marketing. He is also accredited tutor of the Heriot Watt University for Quantitative Methods. Worked in IB international school “Crnjanski”, teaching IB Math and Physics (SL and HL). Attended several trainings and workshops abroad for improving his teaching skills. KENECHI AMOBI BELUSEVIC L.L.B (Hons) Kenechi holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Masters Degree in Political and social sciences from Vrije University Brussels, Belgium. She has practice experience in the field of corporate law and extensive teaching experience. She an IBDP Coordinator, teaches the subject Business and Management, and is an external xaminer. She has also completed trainings and workshops on skills and course delivery. She a freelance Legal and Business English consultant and tutor, Cambridge certified ESOL teacher. She is currently undertaking her MBA Programme.
She majored in English and English literature in Belgrade, and attended post graduate studies at Boston University and Michigan State University (Education and Special Needs/Gifted). She has worker in international education for twenty nine years. As a professional educator she has visited international schools and attended conferences, lectures, seminars, courses, workshops and job-a-like conferences annually, all over the world, in association with NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges), ECIS (European Council of International Schools), and CEESA (Central & Eastern Association of International Schools).
