Cambridge International Diploma in Management Higher Level

Target Group: 
The Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) Diploma in Management provides a framework for developing the skills and knowledge needed at first line and middle management levels.

Overview of the Diploma:
To achieve the Diploma in Management at Higher professional Level, candidates must successfuly complete:

  • Assignments in three assessed core modules,
  • Assignments in three optional modules,
  • The Management File which relates to the introductory module ˝ Management Skills˝ and is supported by evidence from the whole programme, and
  • The overarching Case Study covering all core modules.

  4. Strategic Management – core module
  5. Organizational Behavior and Change Management
  6. Human Resource Planning
  7. Customer Relations Management
  8. People Development
  9. Performance Management
  10. Strategic Marketing

Lenght of study:
Each Professional  Level module is designed to take from 10 to 60 learning hours with different type of learning support, include attendence on courses, individual or group coaching, distance learning, reading texts and material recommended by the centre or gained from libraries and the internet.

Assessment procedures:
All Core and Optional modules are assessed through CIE mark assignments. The lenght of the assignment must be no more than 4 000 words.

Results and Certification:
Candidates must complete all required assignments and the Management File to achieve award.

Potential Candidates:
Candidates for the Diploma would normally  have completed bachelor study and need to have access to businesses or organisations in order to conduct research and gather information.
